Beautiful day at the Butte

Published by EBfishing on

Water temps were around 53-56F.  The wind last week must have stirred things up, and dropped the temp a little.

I had one smallmouth, and a few “swings and a miss” on a surface popper right around sunrise.  Then we trolled up a few white bass, and a walleye.

Lots of boats on the water this past weekend, and it looks like a rush to get the pre-fishing in today before next weekends bass tournament.  It looks like a solid springtime fishing pattern.  Enjoy the lake!
